This week's program - Auburn's Strategic Plan
Fellow Rotarian extraordinaire, John Donlevy shared with us Auburn's Strategic Plan.  John emphasized that the City of Auburn is operating with a budget of $33 million dollars and is responsible for the infrastructure and first line of safety and welfare for our entire community.  They are committed to continuing to provide services and support for our thriving community, while maintaining sustainability.  The Airport, downtown, uptown and all-around town are all very important moving parts to the income and expenditures.

John also shared that the City is going after some of the surplus of monies at the state of California and intends to invest into infrastructure, any of the one-time dollars received.  John is excited about the future of Auburn as a destination city for recreation, business and living.
