Please choose a shift to work our Auburn Rotary tent at the Rocklin Brewfest

Another year has passed and it is puzzle time again.  If you have not doen wooden jigsaw puzzles before, you are in for a treat.  They are fun and whimsical.  In fact, the more interesting pieces are called "whimsies".

If you have not been here before, look for a concrete driveway across the street from the metal sculptor.  There is a gate across the driveway, but the entry code is posted above the keypad on the left side (I know -- very amusing).

If you are so inclined, nibbles would be welcome.  There is no need to bring wine as I seem to have a surplus at the moment.

 Syl and I look forward to seeing you.  And, yes, Al, there will be cigars and cognac on the deck afterward.

The book, The Bootlegger's Daughter: A San Francisco Tale,  draws on stories passed down by his grandmother Ann White—the real-life inspiration for this novel. A descendant of multiple bootleggers, Cerny combines deep historical research with personal family history for this novel.

Gayle Garbolino- Mojica, a former Rotarian of our club, is running unopposed to be re-elected as the County Superintendent of Schools. Gayle will share her perspective on the current state of education and the overall conditions facing Placer County Schools.  We will learn how our schools are thriving and where they need help.

The Rotary Club of Lincoln and Randy Tooker will share the powerful and real-life example of a legacy gift to Lincoln Rotary that is creating a much-needed clubhouse in Lincoln for the Boys and Girls Club.
