Placer SPCA Expansion

The Placer SPCA located in Roseville, is undergoing extensive expansion to provide services to the residents and pets of Placer County. The PSPCA is currently building a new state of the art surgical center. Not only does the facility provide care for abandoned animals, it also helps underserved residents with needed procedures for their beloved animals.
