Placer Tennis

A 1967 Placer High School graduate, Rad taught at Placer from 1973 to 2009. He was a dedicated coach of tennis and downhill skiing where the highlight of his career was having his two daughters on his teams. Rad wore many hats while at the Placer campus from department chair, league representative, Associated Teachers of Placer bargaining team, Auburn Ski Club board member, and the Placer County Alcohol Advisory board, to name a few. He feels strongly about giving back to his alma mater after more than 40 years as a Hillman.Tom Isaac has led Placer to 18 league championships and 10 Sac-Joaquin Section titles in 19 years as head coach.
