  • President Steve ended the meeting with a joke given that the agenda was backwards to accommodate speaker schedule. 
  • Richard Hall Played a video of the Rhythm Riders band that performed at the Rotary sponsored concert to benefit veteran services. Significant funds were raised and good time was had by all. President Steve thanked Richard, Gary and Barry for their hard work.
  • Linda Maeding: Area 5 Rotary Foundation Dinner will be March 19, 5:30 PM at the Elks Club. $45 per person. A holocaust survivor will be the motivational speaker.
  • Peter Konrad/Earl Wilson: Bingo Night coming up on February 29. See flyer on the club website auburncarotary.com for tickets. Will be held at Ceronix 4 - 8:30 PM. Looking for sponsors, silent auction items and volunteers to work shifts.
  • Nancy Bender/Fun Committee: Next event is Breakfast and a Hike on February 29. Meet at 8:30 AM at Flour Garden in Auburn for light meal then carpool up to Assassin's Trail for 5 mile hike lead by Nancy Bender. Will be done by noon.

  • Bobbi: Happy for husband's progress in healing from injury.
  • Cindy E: Happy for great Veteran's Benefits Concert on Saturday and kudos to Richard and team for a great event. Also happy for Forest Hill High School doing well in basketball.

  • Al L: Great time at crab feed with family from all over the state attending. Don was the best MC that Al has seen!
  • Bob H: Happy for his granddaughter winning DAR essay contest on how to engage youth. She won local, state and national levels! Also, thankful for the thoughts and prayers for his son's successful surgery.
